Hong Kong SAR, China, 13 October 2025 – The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel, is excited to unveil the "British Royal Harvest" Afternoon Tea in collaboration with Penhaligon’s, the iconic British fragrance house. Available from 15 October 2025 at the sophisticated Garden Lounge, this exquisite afternoon tea celebrates Penhaligon’s quintessentially British influence and Royal playfulness. Promising a luxurious culinary journey, The Murray’s celebrated culinary artistry is inspired by Penhaligon’s beloved scents and brought to life in refined presentation. 

“British Royal Harvest” Afternoon Tea is a symphonic blend of scents and flavours, offering a harmonious series of indulgent savoury delights crafted by Executive Sous Chef, Wing Tsang. Guests can enjoy a selection of savoury items, including Foie Gras and White Balsamic Sphere for a rich yet delicate experience. The Luna Citrus Smoked Salmon with Pistachio Cream Cheese, inspired by Penhaligon’s Luna Eau de Toilette, is complemented by pistachio and chive infused cream cheese for a light, refreshing taste. For a more substantial option, the Turkey Roll & Chestnut Velouté is enhanced with Fresh Truffle, while the Beetroot Crème Fraîche & Asparagus Tartlet offers a creamy texture. The Crab Meat Sandwich with Amur Caviar rounds out the savoury offerings with a blend of bold flavours.

The sweet treats are equally enticing crafted by the newly appointed Executive Pastry Chef, Jean-Marc Gaucher, reflecting Penhaligon’s festive inspiration. The Ginger Lemon Cream Choux Puff combines zesty and sweet elements in surprising layers, while the Rose & Lychee Mousse echoes the floral notes of Penhaligon’s Duchess Rose Eau de Parfum. The Jasmine and Grapefruit Layer Cake features a light Joconde sponge that captures the essence of grapefruit from Penhaligon’s Halfeti Eau de Parfum. The Silky Vanilla Cream & Mandarin Custard, with dark chocolate's deep richness accentuating the mandarin's fresh tart-sweet vibrancy, weaves its velvety texture with subtle fruit aromas into an exquisite symphony of contrasting flavors. Meanwhile, the French Chardon flower-inspired Milky Chocolate & Grand-Marnier Truffle is encased in layers of triple chocolate around a lush orange liqueur core, seamlessly blends the cocoa's velvety depth with the liqueur's bittersweet allure, drawing a flawless finale to the dessert collection.

To enhance the experience, “British Royal Harvest” Afternoon Tea also includes freshly baked Gingerbread Cranberry Scones and Traditional Vanilla Scones served with strawberry jam, clotted cream, and pistachio sauce, providing a comforting nod to British tradition.

Upon purchasing the British Royal Harvest Afternoon Tea from the hotel official e-store, each tea set for two persons will include an exclusive gift set by Penhaligon’s, which includes a Quercus Set with Penhaligon’s pouch. Guests must present the hotel official e-store booking record to redeem it at Garden Lounge, while stocks last.
